Not for you? Email us at hello@theorique.com within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. No return shipping, keep the jar.

Our guarantee
100% stink-free in 30 days or it’s free. If you’re not 100% stink-free after 30 days, email us at hello@theorique.com and we’ll refund your order in full. After day 30 the refund policy above still applies until day 90.

Pre-orders and backorders
You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Reply to your order email or write to hello@theorique.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Gift cards are not refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to place a new order for it. You can still ask for a refund of the original order under the refund policy above.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
When we approve a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
